Mushrooms are one of the most underrated veggies. Not only are they a superfood but they are rich in flavor and such an easy addition to any meal. This recipes only took 20 minutes to make and easy peasy!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz Package Baby Portabella Mushrooms

  • 1 - 16 oz Package Potato Gnocchi

  • Fresh Parsley

  • 3 garlic

  • 1/4 C Born With Seoul Bulgogi sauce

  • 3 Tbsp butter

Step 1

  1. Rinse mushrooms and drain. Chop into bite size pieces.

  2. Mince garlic.

Step 2

  1. Preheat stove top to med-high heat.

  2. Sauté and combine garlic, mushrooms, and butter. Once the mushrooms are slightly seared on each side add bulgogi sauce. Turn off the heat and set aside so they don't keep cooking. Will look very saucy.

Add sesame seeds for and extra layer of earthy nutty flavor!

So So thankful for this beautiful weather here in Kansas City this week. I'm planning on spending a lot of time outside, cleaning off the patio, and meeting some friends IN PERSON...of course from a distance :o)

This is a really easy recipe for some oven baked ribs. AND only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 1 slab of pork baby back ribs.

  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup of plain yellow mustard. Varies depending on the size of the slab of ribs.

  • 1/3 cup of #BornWithSeoul Bulgogi sauce (Buy on Amazon)

  • course ground salt & pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

  1. Remove the membrane layer off of the back of the ribs.

  2. If necessary, cut the rack of ribs in half so they will lay in a baking dish. But that's it. Don't cut them down into individual ribs.

Step 2

  1. Rub mustard on to both sides of ribs until they are evenly coated.

  2. Add salt and pepper to both sides. Not too liberally.

  3. Place ribs into baking dish and tightly cover dish with foil.

Step 3

  1. Place baking dish in the oven for 2 hours.

  2. Take the dish out of the oven and set the oven to the Broil setting.

  3. Remove the foil.

Step 4

  1. With a basting brush, liberally apply Bulgogi sauce to the ribs.

  2. Put ribs back into the oven for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce begins to caramelize.

Step 5

  1. Remove ribs

  • Note: I like to cut the ribs into their individual pieces while still in the baking dish so they get that extra level of flavor coating just before serving.

My mouth is watering too!

Serve with some cheesy corn or any side dish will pair nicely. Let me know how it turns out. Would love to see a pic of your ribs!

Hallelujah it's SPRING!!!!
